At Che’Bellezza Spa, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. When a client cancels last-minute or does not show up, it not only prevents another guest from booking that time — it also results in lost time for our providers, who have set aside their schedule specifically for your service.
To ensure fairness and respect for both our clients and our team, please remember our policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in
advance. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate another client.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will
result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).
No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).
Clients with a history of two or more no-shows or excessive last-minute cancellations/reschedules will be required to prepay for future appointments. (These prepayments are non-refundable)
We understand that traffic, parking, and life can cause delays. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment within the remaining time. If that is not possible, you may be asked to reschedule and charged a 50% fee for the missed service.
Any deposit made toward a package is non-refundable. Packages paid in full but not yet redeemed are eligible for a 25% refund. Packages that have been started are non-refundable.
*Products that must be special-ordered and are later canceled will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
**All refunds will be provided as in-store credit.
We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to adjust your appointment. Your cooperation helps us respect the time and dedication of our providers while maintaining the best experience for everyone.
